When being conscious becomes most important is when we find ourselves in these "ruts" where we are either declining in aspects of our life or we have already declined and are close to rock bottom.โ โ

A great way to get started in this is to write down goals, habits, your relationship activities, what you're grateful for on a daily basis.โ โ
